Registration – Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register?
Registration is done vis PlayHQ – a free online service that coordinates registrations for many youth sport organisations. It is one central place to manage all player registrations and makes administration faster and easier for clubs and their parent organisations like the Western Australian Football Commission (WAFC) and AFL.
I don’t have a PlayHQ account, what do I do?
Easy – you can create an account when you Register a Player. It is fast, and free.
I’ve forgotten my PlayHQ password, can you reset it?
PlayHQ is separate from the Club, so you’ll need to initiate a password reset through PlayHQ before setting a new one and registering a player.
When are my fees due?
The WAFC fee of $16.50 is payable immediately when you register a player. The Junior and Youth fees payable to the club are due before your players first game in Round 1.
How do I pay my fees to HWJFC?
You can pay your fees by bank transfer now or in person via EFTPOS at Registration Day on Sunday 26 February or Wednesday 1 March.
